Javier Simón León

Javier Simon is the Supply Chain VP of Henkel Adhesives LATAM, with extensive experience in creating strategies and leading the execution of the E2E supply chain processes. Before being named VP LATAM in May19 and leading during 2 years the LAN region since Jun17, Javier was responsible for the regional (Europe) and afterwards global SC strategy at Henkel Adhesives developing the SC standards and policies cross all businesses. Located first in Germany and later on in The Netherlands, Javier developed an extensive international experience implementing successful projects in Europe, China, USA, India, and Brasil. Prior to joining Henkel, Javier hold several jobs as project manager, been able to master the discipline of execution to significantly improve business growth, profitability and Working Capital. Javier was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, where he earned a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering.
