Aleksander Iwaniszewski

Aleksander Iwaniszewski is the Brewery Director of “Cervecería Yucateca” of Grupo Modelo – ABInbev. The Brewery if less than 5 years old, with 5 production lines and an annual production of around 3.5 million hectoliters. Aleksander joined Grupo Modelo in 2014, becoming Brewery Director in 2021. He has held different positions in the company, including working in Breweries, crowns and glass plants. Developing standards, policies and routine methods in the Middle Americas Zone to integrate 56 operations located in 15 countries. As Brewery Director, he is responsible for keeping his colaborators safe, Improve the quality satisfaction and operation efficiency, and to develop and nurture a work environment open to innovate in a practical way. Aleksander holds an Industrial and Systems Engineer degree from ITESM in Monterrey.
