Clay holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and previously led the design, construction, and operations of the Methane Emission Technology Evaluation Center (METEC). With over 10 years of experience in methane emissions from oil and gas systems, Clay has co-authored more than 20 publications including technology evaluations, emission modeling, and measurement campaigns.
· Discuss methodologies used to derive operator-specific emission factors for natural gas driven pneumatic devices
· Conduct comparisons between operator-specific results and generic factors proposed by regulatory reporting programs
· Investigate the potential impact of measurement duration and sample size on emission factors derived for intermittent bleed device
