QHSE professional with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including consulting, pharma and Oil & Gas, covering different roles in QHSE, Environment & Social and Sustainability/ESG from design to execution in an international environment. He has also been member of international working groups in areas related to HSE and Sustainability like MARCOGAZ and European Standardization Committee (CEN) covering different roles as Secretary of Standing Committee Gas Infrastructure, Chairman of WG Health and Safety, Member of Standing Committee Sustainability and WG Transmission Pipelines. Jose is currently coordinating the effective implementation of Carbon Management Plan and Methane emissions mitigation strategy in TAP.
