Scott Bissell is the founding partner of TARA Energy Services and CEO. With a career in the oil and gas industry spanning over 25 years, Scott has built an organization that is currently the largest in North America in the production testing sector. Passionately driven by innovation, Scott and his team have brought a new process to market which provides the ability to capture up to 99.8% vent and waste gas during the well completions process. Methane conservation is a primary strategy for TARA Energy Services.
