Trevor Gleisner Supervisor Emissions Control at Diamondback Energy. During his time at Diamondback the last five years, his team has assisted in getting 90% of production on continuous monitoring, created an in-house LDAR team, and worked with operations and facilities teams to help direct emission projects to achieve scope I and II 2024 emissions reduction goals. He is in charge of reviewing new acquisitions for regulatory violations and providing training to operations teams regarding compliance for federal, state, and local air regulations for upstream oil and gas facilities. Prior to joining Diamondback, Trevor was a regulator inspector for Maricopa County Air Quality Department and was responsible for conducting compliance inspections and training industry professionals. Trevor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University
