Kyle Danish is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of the law firm of Van Ness Feldman, LLP. He is a globally recognized legal and policy expert on energy projects; the energy transition; climate change policy, carbon markets and green finance; government relations; and environmental regulation. Kyle has over two decades of experience assisting clients in navigating complex issues at the intersection of business and government policy. Kyle has been ranked as a leading practitioner by Chambers USA, Chambers Global, the International Who’s Who of Environmental Lawyers, Lawdragon, and Best Lawyers in America. Kyle is a participant in an ongoing stakeholder dialogue on U.S. methane policy organized by Harvard Law School’s Environmental and Energy Law Program. He is a Senior Associate (Non-Resident) in the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Energy and National Security Program. He is on the Editorial Board of the Carbon & Climate Law Review, and is also a Member of the Board of the Montgomery County Green Bank, which partners with the private sector to finance clean energy, energy efficiency, and resilience projects.
