Environmental Manager, Gulf of Mexico Assets Shell

DaMonica has enjoyed a lengthy career managing environmental compliance matters for many of Shell’s businesses. She is currently the Environmental Manager for Shell Gulf of Mexico, where she also leads the methane management program. Her recent accomplishments include the offshore implementation of the Oil and Gas Methane Partnership program and obtaining MiQ certification. DaMonica holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from George Washington University Law School. She is a Dallas native, but currently calls New Orleans home where you will find her enjoying the food, music and culture of the city.
