Angela Zivkovich is an Environmental Policy Manager with Oxy. In her current role, she supports Oxy’s Policy and External Affairs team leading air quality, greenhouse gas, biodiversity, NEPA, and environmental policy. Angela has over fifteen years of experience with air quality and greenhouse gas policy, including work at Shell and as a state regulator for the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division. Angela has collaborated with regulators, community groups, and environmental groups on state and federal regulations, including groundbreaking New Mexico and Colorado regulations. Angela has a B.S. and M.S. in chemical engineering. She received her B.S. from the University of New Mexico and her M.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
