Dr. Stephen Conley is today’s global leader in Emissions Technology. He is the founder and Chairman of Scientific Aviation, a published scientist in atmospheric research, seasoned pilot, and formal United States Naval Officer, serving onboard the USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB-3). His diverse electronics, system automation and software engineering background, infused with extensive documented research, led him and his team in discovering the first atmospheric measurement of the Aliso Canyon disaster in 2015.
